Direct Edge prides itself on being an industry leader in Quality Management during all stages of design, manufacture, installation and after sales support.
We have implemented a Quality Management System throughout the company to meet the requirements of the Australian and International Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001:2008.
The following policy statement applies to all services provided by Direct Edge.
Our policy ensures that:
- Direct Edge continues to comply and conform to internationally recognised standard ISO 9001:2008
- Direct Edge is committed to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality management system
- All aspects of contractual obligations/customer commitments are addressed and fulfilled.
- All Quality Records are completed and compiled, and are freely available for the customer's review
- Company employees at all levels are aware of the company's commitment to providing goods and services in accordance with the established quality assurance system and they understand that they form an integral part of that system.
- Suppliers and subcontractors used by the company understand and comply with all aspects of the Quality Management System.
